We're up in Idaho right now visiting my family. It's nice to be back. It's nice to have a break from my life and for the girls to have a change of scenery. The only thing that would make it better is it Steve was here. (long story) We were hoping to get out the kiddie pool, but it looks like it's going to rain the entire time we're here. I'm OK with that. It keeps the pollen on the ground.
Being at grandma and grandpa's house means Sophie can pretty much do what she wants. Yesterday afternoon was a good example of that. My mom had taken a loaf of bread out of the bread machine and set it on a cooling rack. In front of Sophie. I think these photos tell the story well on their own.

I love that your Dad just takes pictures of her and lets her do whatever she wants.
My Dad is the same way. There's a 'no eating anywhere but the kitchen' rule at G&G's, but my Dad lets Reagenne eat wherever she wants...even on my Mom's couch or bed.
It's funny how different they are with your kids than they were with you, eh? (:

It's nice being around Grandparents but sometimes I wonder how good it is for Adelyn. She gets full range with my parents. Drives me crazy. :)
