Someone's Been Sleeping in My Bed

And she's still there!

Ok, not really. Sophie has never slept in our bed. (Except for a handful of times when she was a newborn and I was too lazy to put her back in her bed after nursing in the wee hours of the morning.) In fact, she won't even go to sleep if someone else is in the same room. Works fantastic at home, but a little troublesome if we're traveling.

Usually I get up when she gets up (and Steve has already left), but on the weekends when neither of us want to get up, we go get her and then the three of us chill in our bed until she gets antsy and climbs off (she can do it by herself now).

What a cutie! Our oldest did that, too. The second one didn't. You've been warned. :o)

Yeah, I always drag Bent into my bed after he wakes up, hoping he will fall back asleep. It works about 5% of the time. But I try every morning!
We have that same comforter but in different colors. Does it ever bug you how slippery it is? It always would slide to one side or the other in the middle of the night. (We have a new comforter now, but only because we got a bigger bed.)

It does slide around a bit, but I thought it was because one of us was hogging it. (uh... usually me. Doesn't help that I'm 3 times the size now, either.) I just worry about getting stuff on it because I can't really throw it in the washer.

Thanks for stalking me Natalie! It's so great to hear from you. What a cute little girl. Sounds like you're well on your way to a pack of girls like mine ;0) They are such a blast so congratulations!! Sophie's tutu is adorable by the way.

I just saw your baby counter at the bottom and am not feeling very jealous of your physical situation at the moment. No wonder your body doesn't tell you to get out of bed at six.;)
