What's Going On . . . Numerically

2 - hours Ivy slept during her afternoon nap yesterday. Usually she cat naps in 15-minute increments.
3 - inches Sophie has grown in the last six months.
5 - minutes it took to get Ivy to sleep last night WITHOUT NURSING her to sleep. Also the number of snowmen I made out of playdough for Sophie today. She has a thing for snowmen.
7 - consecutive hours Ivy slept last night. That's her all-time record now.
35 - pounds I gained while pregnant with Ivy. Also the number of pounds I've lost since Ivy was born. (Hooray, they're gone! Now about those 15 I gained before I got pregnant. . . hmmm.)

Claire is obsessed with snowmen too! I draw a million on her Magna Doodle every day and make them out of playdough all the time too! How funny!

Congrats on the weight loss! Woot!

Hey, no fair!! How'd you do it?? I've been (theoretically) working my not-so-little tail off for the last 11 months, and I still have ALL OF IT to go!! I'm officially jealous!

What happy numbers. Congrats on the weight loss. That's the best feeling when know you've lost the baby fat. It's cute that she likes snowmen. For Adelyn it's spiders. So random. :)

I'm with ya about the 15 pounds. My 10 pounds, I call my "married" weight.

Good job on the weight loss!

I still haven't lost the last 4 pounds from Josie! oh well. I think with each new person I add to my family, I gain another 5 pounds that I'll never lose. (when I got married, I gained 8 pounds... Jon was a big "baby")

Secrets? There are no secrets. I nurse every 2-3 hours, live in a duplex with the bathroom and kitchen separated by a staircase, try to drink a lot of water, ease up on the carbs, and not eat ice cream every night. I wish I could say I worked my butt of, but I hate working out. So I don't. (I tried to do yoga again, but it doesn't work right now.) I just stay active all day and try to take walks with the girls.
