How do I Explain Myself?

(Don't worry, she isn't hurt, just upset that I put her back down where I found her so I could go get my camera -- reason #8194 why I probably won't win any "Parent of the Year" awards.)

Before I attempt to explain why Ivy is laying on the porch, obviously in distress, I want to make a game out of it. (#8195)

Leave a comment with your most creative caption for this photo! I'll decide who wins sometime over the weekend. Prizes? I'll send you some birthday cake.

Haha...how funny. I don't have anything clever to say about it, other than it looks like you put her out there to give yourself a break for a minute.

Happy Birthday, tomorrow. I don't want to miss it this year. This totally reminds me of someone leaving a baby on your doorstep, except she's not a new born, so she was to big for the basket. I would call it "Surprise Delivery." How did the BBQ turn out?

She was the only thing that didn't need to be refrigerated. Immediately.

Let's see...she crawled (or scooted) away while out front and a pack of wolves found her and took her in until she was crying so helplessly for avocado mush that they brought her back to your front porch--rather awkwardly I might say! Is that it? Did I get it right? I sure hope so.....

LOL!!

how about, "Ivy tried to run away from home, but she only got this far when she realized that rolling the whole way was not going to be fun."

happy b-day to you!

I got it... you picked her up from a party you told her she couldn't got to... and there were a lot of really cute boys there... She was so mad at you that she decided to throw a fit on the door step to let you know how upset she was. Was I right??? well it will happen sooner or later...

I'm going to guess that Sophie was trying to send her back!?

Caption: Just trying to see how many people drive by thinking, "Is that really a baby on their front porch? Where is her mother?" So far, Social Services have been called in six times...but at least we know our neighbors actually care.

Hmmm....a caption.
"Don't step on me. I'm not a doormat."

My title would be. "Return to sender!" Like you, I would grab my camera to take a picture too.

So I've never been into the Harry Potter series but Tyson and I decided to give it a try- not by reading, of course, but watching the movies. :) Anyway, so your picture reminds me of Harry Potter getting dropped off on the porch of his Aunt and Uncle's in the first movie. So I'm guessing, if you looked closer at your picture you can see a faint scar? :)

ok so I asked Kenz "why do you think that baby is on the Porch like that?" She said "that must have been a really stinky diaper", I must add, "Pay day is tomorrow and mom's out of diapers, it's going to be a long night". oh dear out of the mouths of Babes.
