Stowaway

This is a page in a quiet book that my grandma had from when we were little. I wanted to share it with you because you may not have heard this version of Noah's Ark.

Here we have Noah's Ark, complete with a zip-tight entrance.

A sheep. A tiger. (How did they keep them from hunting each other when they released all the animals?)

A pig, of course. And that hot pink blob on the left is a cat-shaped eraser. My weren't we creative?

Don't forget the yak!

Hmm. Probably my brother's idea.

It's so cute! One month for homemaking we started these but they were so much work. I never finished. I wonder if anyone sells them.

That is way cute! AND I wondered if Eric went to the same Chiro school as Steve! What a small world!

That's really really cute. I've been wanting to make a quiet book like that for a while. I think I'm going to start with numbers and letters, though. Maybe I'll tackle biblical stories after I have a few under my belt ;)

Sure great to see you last week! It snowed like a banshee today. Aren't you sad you missed that?

I love it! So ... does the dinosaur get in the ark in the Apocraphal version of the bible, or did I just read it wrong?
